CVG recently reviewed the Grand Theft Auto IV teaser trailer. The blatant digg-bait article has truly phenomenal levels of ‘analysis’. It concludes from about three seconds of video that birds and pigeons have “some sort of behaviour system going on”. There’s also apparently a realistically floating buoy 16 seconds in that suggests dynamic water physics, and a driver adjusting his rear-view mirror in one of the opening shots is an innovation made possible by the processing power of the PS3.

Dude

Anyway, Chris Remo of ShackNews (previously part of the original Idle Thumbs team) decided to review CVG’s review of the teaser trailer. It’s a joke article not accessible from the ShackNews frontpage, but it’s a very funny satire and deserves to be read.

A reader then took it upon himself to preview ShackNews’ review of CVG’s review of GTA IV’s teaser trailer. There might be some issues with this preview and I would love to review it, but I’m afraid that would hurl the internet into an infinite feedback vortex and cause it to explore. And I kinda like the internet.
